They did what?
DOCTORS and health workers have been banned from eating lunch at their desks - in case it offends their Muslim colleagues.
Health chiefs believe the sight of food will upset Muslim workers when they are celebrating the religious festival Ramadan. The lunch trolley is also to be wheeled out of bounds as the 30-day fast begins next month ... and [a spokesman said] all vending machines should be removed from areas where Muslims work.

And I ask, during holy holidays who fasts with the jews? C'mon, at what point do we accept our religious differences and move on? I don't ask anyone to believe in my mind bendings...why in the heck would I have to believe in yours? Can't I eat? Why would anyone ask me not to?
Differences are differences and that's the glory that sets us apart. I don't want to be like everyone else, nor should everyone be like me...It's pretty cool that we can all be different and be tolerant of each other.
If you believe that your way is the only way then perhaps you should seek another way? It isn't the only way.
