If the Republican Party let's the Auto Industry die it has committed treason. They just seem to love their banker friends and hate workers. A banker can write 500 billion dollars in bogus loans and count on a bailout. Forget about working people. The banker gets socialized. Working people get the free market. Let them eat cake the Republicans say.
The American car industry is the backbone of the American economy and a symbol of national pride. It provides awesome jobs for average Joes. In Europe and in Japan, governments help their auto industry. They know how important good jobs are. I love American cars and only buy them. Buy American!
