Can you tell he's a neat freak?

Deeply troubled by chaos theory and its seeming hold on the French Republic, Bogie does what he can to maintain logic and order in his small corner of the universe.

When I went in the spare bedroom this afternoon, I found that Bogie had gathered and arranged his collection of bones into a near perfect matrix of chew-toy pleasures, displaying a far-greater flair for graphic design than his master.

Seriously, he did this on his own, bringing them one at a time from all over the house.

Weird, huh?

Great book news!

Received an e-mail from my editor at Simon & Schuster that put a smile on my face: the softcover edition of my first book has had its ninth printing!

Hopefully, the publication next fall of my third book, Devil's Advocates, will serve to heighten interest in And the Walls Came Tumbling Down, selected as a Chicago Tribune Editor's Choice.

Something's just not right in my world

Months after Squiggy moved in, Bogie remains perplexed by the cat's ability to get on furniture without being scolded.
